1. Section 1: Click "Add New Student" or log in to select an existing student profile associated with your account.
2. Section 2: Select the number of clinics you're interested in (4 max, since there are 4 different clinics)
3. Select the specific clinics you'd like to attend (be careful not to select the same content clinic twice - don't choose both Poetry clinic dates!)
4. Click "Register Now" to be taken to the checkout page. You'll create an account for yourself and submit payment then.
5. Once successfully submitted, a receipt will display and be emailed to you.
6. Our team will email a separate confirmation to you.

Our SHSAT Content Clinics are ideal for rising 8th-graders who are already enrolled in our SHSAT Course. Students who have participated in other SHSAT enrichment programs or tutoring are also welcome to join.

If your student has not yet been introduced to the SHSAT, please email hello@thetutorverse.com so we can set up tutoring to familiarize your student with the test.

Ask your student how they feel about the Clinic topics to determine how many of the four content clinics you want to enroll in. Check your Practice Test Score Reports and Homework Results for important data.

Then decide if the dates and times in July or August work better with your student’s schedule (see all dates and times below).

All content clinics are held online via private Zoom meetings or in-person at 222 Broadway. Or, learn on your own schedule with our self-paced, asynchronous options.

Clinic Dates

Each clinic will be offered twice: once in July, and once in August. The same content will be used in each clinic, so do not sign up for the same clinic twice!

Clinic Times

All content clinics run Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:30 AM-11:30 AM

Each clinic will be led by our experienced SHSAT instructors, and:

• consists of 6 hours of total classroom instruction during 1 week
• spread across 3 sessions, each of which are 2 hours long

Clinic topics include:

• Poetry
• Algebra
• Geometry & Measurements
• Statistics & Probability

Tuition includes all instruction and course materials. Students must supply their own pencils and erasers, as they would for any other course and on the day of the test.

All enrolled families will receive:

• a clinic packet created by The Tutorverse (to print at home if online)
• access to an online classroom portal, where students and parents can:
  • view a detailed summary after each session
  • submit homework assignments
  • review student's exit ticket score
